So you’ve decided to go on a diet. Wonder what you will look like after you’ve lost all that weight. Wonder no more. Now you can check out how you will look after you’ve lost the weight at Prevention’s Body Simulator.

On the right side of the page, enter your height, weight you are now and what you want it to be. Choose your body type and face type. You can adjust your body shape with the plus or minus boxes. For example, if you’ve chosen the pear shape figure, but you feel your hips are larger than what is showing, enter the plus sign.

You can also change your facial features such as shape, hair and age. Or on the swimsuit tab, check out which swimsuits will look good on your body type. For more fun, click on the background tab to add your new swimsuited body into a nice vacation scene.

  1. Ok – this was useful, and yet it sucked. When I plugged in my current weight and then my goal weight…the difference (on screen) was negligable. So I kept reducing the weight. When I got the model to look how I thought I’d like to look, I realized I would need to lose 50 pounds more than I had originally intended. Likelihood of that? 0%. Time to readjust my expectations.

  2. I found your blog on google and read a few of your other posts. I just added you to my Google News Reader. Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more articles from you in the future.
