when i worked at a health food store years ago, i read about parsley and found that it has a substance in it that stops the multiplication of tumor cells....it was in a health book of some kind, i wish i could remember exactly...

anyway, great tips/habits you provided. so true! have you ever used a fresh tumeric root? i get it at a food co-op and chop it up and eat it-usually i throw it in the end of a stir fry. it&#039;s amazing stuff. turns your teeth yellow, though and anything it&#039;s fresh juices touch!
